I bought a Silverado truck in 2005 and paid off the loan in 2010. I recently discovered there is a lien on the truck from Bank of Colorado, the original lender, and they don't have a record of it. How can I get the missing title?

I am an exterminator working for a pest control company called Abalon in NYC. My company has a contract with M.T.A (Metropolitan Transportation Authority) at Grand Central Terminal and Metro North Railroads. I work the day shift from Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm, earning a prevailing wage of $26.60/hr. I was asked to cover the night route in Grand Central Terminal from July 2020 to September 2020 in addition to my morning route. I was told I would not receive time and a half for this overtime, but later found out this was incorrect. When I approached my employer about this, I was threatened. Additionally, I am owed sick days from 2020 that I did not use. Can I sue for pain and suffering, and what are my options for recovering unpaid wages and sick days?

They have changed payment methods multiple times and are now committing slander against him on the Minecraft marketplace. How can we address this situation legally, given that it involves international business and my son is a minor?
