I am involved in a legal dispute with a servicer acting on behalf of a Home Equity company. They have added legal fees to my case, and I am seeking to have them dropped. Additionally, they attempted to foreclose on me, and I filed a lawsuit in small claims court in Texas for not responding to Qualified Written Requests (QWRs). The case was moved to federal court, where I am now representing myself. I am considering dismissing my case in federal court and filing in small claims court for the legal fees only. What are my options and arguments for getting the legal fees dropped, and how can I proceed with my case?

As a line worker for a cable company, I take my company truck home. The company now requires me to give them 30 minutes of commute time before clocking in and after clocking out when I'm 30 minutes from home. Am I covered legally by the company if something happens, like an accident, when I'm not clocked in? Should I park the truck at the office to avoid liability issues?

I paid for an online class and received handbooks that were described differently on the website. I purchased additional handbooks for $35 each, thinking they were more detailed, but they turned out to be the same as the free ones but with a cardboard cover. I asked for a refund on Facebook Messenger, but they refused and offered free trend reports instead. How can I get my money back if they don't do refunds, and what legal actions can I take?
