I am looking for a great ADA attorney in the Richmond, tri-cities area for a lawsuit where I have been discriminated against as a young disabled individual. I was profiled by an acting director of health care services, Bryan Tomlinson, who refused to fill a valid prescription for IR pain medication, embarrassed me in front of employees, and called the DEA on myself and my doctor. I was also belittled for showing my 32 surgeries' scars in front of several employees and customers. The prescription was valid and undamaged except for a small smudge, but I had to drive back to Rocky Mount, NC, to have it rewritten. This incident caused me to miss my daughter's 16th birthday due to financial constraints. Can anyone help?

I had a conversation with the executive director and head of human resources, and I did not like the questions they asked me, such as whether I told a team member I quit, called an LPN to tell her I was fired, why I talked to her, and the timeline of my interactions at the facility. They didn't seem concerned with the issue at hand. Do you recommend I talk to them without legal counsel?

I'm being sued and I don't have a lawyer. I'm representing myself and I know I'm not at fault for what the plaintiff is trying to sue me for. I want to answer with a denial and an affirmative defense. How do I ask for more time to respond to the summons? I was served through the mail on March 4th, and I'm in Riverside County, but the incident happened in El Centro. Does that matter?
