I am one of 2 women in an office who are being targeted and harassed because of our gender. We have sufficient individual and shared evidence to support our case in a DFHE setting, but my coworker has experienced the targeting/harassment longer than me. Is it better for us to put in 2 separate complaints at the same time, or amalgamate our complaint into one?

I want to keep my case in small claims court, but the defendant has an attorney and filed a request to transfer the case to civil division. Can I refuse this transfer, especially since my claim amount is below the civil division limit of $3000?

I need help. My son took out a life insurance policy in 1983 making me the beneficiary. I have been paying all the premiums for more than 30 years. Now my son is dying of cancer and is in jail. Will the state take this policy away from me? I need the money to bury him.

The ABIM (American Board of Internal Medicine) requires that if a candidate fails their examination three times in a row, they must wait a year before taking it again. This policy places undue financial and personal hardship on physicians, especially since more hospitals are requiring board certification for privileges. Can I successfully sue the ABIM to repeal this requirement?
