I filed a discrimination charge with the EEOC in March 2018, and since then, I have experienced unequal treatment, denial of overtime opportunities, and harassment at work. How should I proceed with this situation, and should I consider filing a civil lawsuit?

I live in the state of Maine. My daughter just turned 18. She has withdrawn from high school and will not graduate. She is financially dependent on my husband and I and lives under our roof. She is using alcohol, pot, and other recreational drugs, and we've tried to talk to her about programs. Can we legally place her into a substance abuse program without her consent?
