I filed a discrimination charge with the EEOC in March 2018, and since then, I have experienced unequal treatment, denial of overtime opportunities, and harassment at work. Despite numerous complaints, the employer has not taken any action to stop these behaviors. The adverse actions closely followed the filing of my discrimination charge, raising an inference of retaliatory motivation. How should I proceed with this situation, and should I consider filing a civil lawsuit?
