I had a civil judgment placed against me in October 2003 in Pennsylvania. The judgment was revived in December 2008 and again in January 2014. I want to know if the statute of limitations has expired for the defendant filing the Writ of Revival, if 'Shadle' is the authoritative case on this matter, and how to respond to this Writ of Revival. Additionally, I want to understand the implications of the judgment lien on my property and the possibility of settling the judgment without affecting my credit.
