I have a dispute with a lawn care company in Texas. They told me they may have to charge me more if I keep my bi-weekly service because it is taking longer than usual for them to cut the grass, and they're having to bag it. I told them to keep the bi-weekly service for the regular cost. The next time they mowed, they charged me an extra $40 because supposedly it took longer. Can they charge me this extra $40 even though I told them to keep the existing service at the regular cost?

What can one do if they are a cosigner on an auto loan and the payments get so far behind that it's about to hurt their credit? Can they take over the vehicle, and what should they do to protect themselves?

I got divorced a year ago and was left with 7 horses. I paid for the initial cost and took out a loan for one of the horses, but the bill of sale is in my ex-husband's name and the registration is in my 21-year-old daughter's name. My ex-husband doesn't want any part of this, and my daughter thinks the horse is solely hers. Should the horse be mine, and is there a way to switch the bill of sale to my name and then the registration through the USIHC (Icelandic Horse Association)?

I am being sued by a man in Georgia who claimed to be a General Contractor but has no license. Under Georgia law, any contract entered into with an unlicensed contractor for work requiring a license is unenforceable. Is there a form for a Motion to Dismiss for lack of standing that I can use, as well as a form for a Motion for Summary Judgment on my counterclaim?
