My son was denied parole despite having a clear institutional record and good behavior. The parole board cited the seriousness of his crime, an altercation while under the influence of alcohol, and the victim being under the influence of marijuana and alcohol. He agreed to the plea agreement to avoid court. An agency reached out to me for a potential subcontract. They asked me to send them our presentation deck to combine with theirs for a client pitch, but I won't be at the meeting. They want to change the unilateral NDA to a mutual NDA and have asked me to sign it, but they haven't provided the client's name in the NDA. Is it a good idea to give them the deck without knowing the client's name?
