An agency reached out to me for a potential subcontract. They asked me to send them our presentation deck to combine with theirs for a client pitch, but I won't be at the meeting. They want to change the unilateral NDA to a mutual NDA and have asked me to sign it, but they haven't provided the client's name in the NDA.
