My daughter went to City Court for a disorderly conduct charge from a fight that occurred in front of a bar and pleaded innocent. She had a copy of the surveillance camera footage showing her being physically assaulted for over 5 minutes, but the court did not have the necessary equipment to view it. The police officers stated that my daughter started the fight, but the camera footage contradicts this. She did not have a lawyer and will find out in 5-6 days if the charges will be dropped or if she will be fined. Is it possible to appeal the court's decision due to the inability to present the evidence?

The judge signed the decree and made the stipulations the order of decree. The ex filed a request for an evidentiary hearing, scheduled for July 6th, but the judge signed it on May 17th. Will the judge likely leave it all as is or would he likely modify it?

A mother, daughter, and grandbaby from Texas visited relatives in Wisconsin, where the daughter took the baby to visit the alleged father without the mother's permission. The mother reported the daughter as a runaway, and authorities retrieved the daughter but allowed the baby to stay with the alleged father, as the daughter (the baby's mother) said the baby could stay. The alleged father is not on the birth certificate and has not taken a DNA test. The daughter is doing this out of spite against her mother, who moved her to Texas to get her away from bad influences. What legal options does the mother have to get the baby back?
