I have a question on Revocable Trust and meeting the lawyer for the first time. I have set up a meeting with a lawyer that I think I want to do my will and other estate planning. I don't really have anything but my house but I don't want my daughter to have to go through probate. I am the beneficiary of a lifetime living estate. My neighbor is claiming damages to her 2019 grape crop, alleging I've tampered with her diversion ditch. I have done no such thing. The ditch tailings from unused appropriations flow into a natural creek on my property. I feel if her employees want access to my property, they need an appropriate agreement with fish and game. They claim since their ditch runs into the creek, it becomes a ditch on my property. I'd like to know what she can do to the estate if anything.

I was awarded child support for my nephew from his father in 1997, but the father avoided paying until 2011 when he was found in MN. I believe he committed suicide to avoid paying. What are my options for recovering the support arrears from his estate, business, or Social Security? I am unemployed and cannot afford legal fees.
