I have been charged with 'refusal to submit to testing in the 3rd degree'. I took 1 breath test on scene but refused a 2nd test when incarcerated. Can obtaining a lawyer help to reduce the charge from a 3rd degree to a 4th degree? This is my first DWI offense.
