Can you please tell me if this document is true or false? And how can I prove to somebody that it’s a real legal affidavit if it’s one? Additionally, if I have been scammed and paid money, is there a way to get back the money and should I go to the police?

I have a Capital One Mastercard in the USA and my cell phone is served by Telus, a Canadian phone service. I've been trying to pay The Guardian for my readership but I get an email stating I must receive a one-time text before the transaction can go through. Capital One cannot send me any messages on my mobile phone. How can I resolve this issue so I can use my credit card for this transaction?

My primary doctor, Malcolm Foster of Port Richey, Florida, suggested therapeutic sex in his office in 2007 to aid my healing from a negligent hysterectomy. He has been manipulating and threatening me since I filed a medical complaint against him with the DOH. He forced me to rescind the complaint or face irreversible consequences, and he has already carried out some of these threats. I suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder due to childhood incest and Dr. Foster's actions have worsened my condition. I am frightened and need help to get him out of my life.
