I have put in an open records request to a police department in Fulton County, Georgia, regarding police corruption in a case against me. They have denied the request, claiming there is an open investigation. I have proof that all charges against me have been dropped due to lack of evidence as of August 2022. Don’t they have to provide information on what open investigation they are referring to? How do I proceed, considering hiring a civil rights violation attorney?

I have a web design company based in Florida. I hired a company to set up a website over a year ago, but after working with 4 different people, I still don't have a corrected site. I have all the documentation from day one and have spoken with the complaint department, but the issue remains unresolved. What steps can I take to get my money back, and is there a way to escalate this issue legally?

I received a summons for a credit card issue and want to resolve it, but I've been unable to reach the lawyer or Citibank. I'm in Arkansas and have already found a solo suit who filed an answer, but I'm unsure if it was filed with the courthouse. I want to make payments to resolve this issue as soon as possible. What should I do?

I executed an official Power of Attorney that was notarized on April 16th, 2023, but received a questionable email from a different notary agent. Is there any way that an original Power of Attorney can be replaced by a different Power of Attorney document without the principal's knowledge and consent? What are my grounds under California state law?
