I believe I have been continuously harassed by the federal government, specifically the FBI, who I have seen following me. I have no criminal record, am a college student, and have PTSD, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. I am in need of help. What actions can I take concerning this harassment, and how can I report it?

If someone filed a restraining order and there was a conflict or mistake, leading to an amended restraining order, are they allowed to continue altering restraining orders? If this one person, out of spite or other reasons, keeps filing restraining orders to complicate situations, are they allowed to go overboard with this?

I purchased a car for my daughter and husband, and my name is the only one on the loan and registration. They are defaulting on the loan, and my credit is being affected.
