I live in RI and my ex-husband lives in IL. We divorced in Feb 2008. Over the years, I believe he has signed my name to several documents, including selling a motorhome and possibly other assets where my name was on the title. I have never signed anything to have my name removed. How can I find out if he has signed my name on bank forms or other documents, and do I have a chance to get him to stop harassing me and pay for the damage he has caused?

I cut my thumb and it required stitches. I went to Herman Memorial ER in Katy, TX and received a Tetanus shot, a local shot for 7 stitches, and was billed $2000 by the ER and $1000 by the PA who put the stitches in. I do not have insurance and Herman would not negotiate the cost. I believe $3000 for 7 stitches is excessive. What recourse do I have?

Chad XXXXXX is serving life in prison for a murder in May 2009 in Portland. He has been out of his pain medication, ULTRAM, for over two weeks and is in excruciating pain, experiencing mania, panic, delusionary thoughts, and suicidal feelings. A prison physician, Dr. XXXXXXX, refuses to prescribe his medication after the script ran out in February. How can we ensure his prisoner rights are not violated and get him the necessary medication without pursuing a lawsuit?

If someone/couple has committed adultery against church/biblical policies and is brought before the church board, and someone provides a picture proof of the adulterous behavior before they (adulterous couple) got married, is this considered slander?

I took my broken tablet to a computer shop in Florida for repair. The shop owner said he couldn't repair it but could ship it to Boston. FedEx lost the tablet, and the shop owner claims FedEx will only pay $111. I believe I am being scammed by the shop owner and wonder if he holds any responsibility in replacing the goods I took to him.
