I live in Saint Andrews Tower in Coral Springs, Florida, where there is a mold problem that no government agencies will address. The management is harassing tenants with threats of eviction for clutter and general meanness. The air ducts in the common areas haven't been cleaned in 15 years. Can the tenants sue the management?

I cut my thumb and it required stitches. I went to Herman Memorial ER in Katy, TX and received a Tetanus shot, a local shot for 7 stitches, and was billed $2000 by the ER and $1000 by the PA who put the stitches in.
