I had my vehicle repossessed on Wednesday. I called FMC immediately and made a payment a week earlier but was still behind by 1 3/4 payments. I paid the rest that day, so my loan is caught up. How do I get them to reinstate me? I have many physical limitations and illnesses, and losing the vehicle will be detrimental. I am in Pennsylvania.

I am the beneficiary of a lifetime living estate. My neighbor is claiming damages to her 2019 grape crop, alleging I've tampered with her diversion ditch. I have done no such thing. The ditch tailings from unused appropriations flow into a natural creek on my property. I feel if her employees want access to my property, they need an appropriate agreement with fish and game. They claim since their ditch runs into the creek, it becomes a ditch on my property. I'd like to know what she can do to the estate if anything.
