I'm going through a major issue with my soon-to-be ex-husband. He grabbed my phone and sent himself nude pics of myself and pics with me and someone he doesn't even know. How can we remove these pics from his account since I never authorized any of this? I'm in Florida and have not taken any steps yet, but considering contacting the police.

We flew in from Japan and scheduled our toy poodle to be boarded in a boarding facility. We had all required shots, but upon arrival, they insisted on administering a leptospirosis shot that was contraindicated for our dog's size and potentially fatal. We were not informed of potential side effects until we asked repeatedly and were charged for the shot. Can we take legal action against the boarding facility, such as a malpractice lawsuit?

I am a Canadian living in Quebec and am having an issue with a dog breeder who lives in Virginia. I am looking to sue her and need a lawyer in VA to help me. I want to know how to proceed to have a lawyer send her a letter with a delay to pay what she owes me, and if that doesn't work, I will need legal representation to sue her. Additionally, I am hoping to find a lawyer who can work on a commission basis, taking a percentage of the awarded claim.

I am the beneficiary of a lifetime living estate. My neighbor is claiming damages to her 2019 grape crop, alleging I've tampered with her diversion ditch. I have done no such thing. The ditch tailings from unused appropriations flow into a natural creek on my property. I feel if her employees want access to my property, they need an appropriate agreement with fish and game. They claim since their ditch runs into the creek, it becomes a ditch on my property. I'd like to know what she can do to the estate if anything.
