I own 120 acres on the Uncompahgre, bordered on the west by forest service land. The forest service resurveyed the fences a few years ago, and our west fence was relocated 100 feet or more to the east by their request. On the east side of our property, the fence should be moved the same amount, but the property owner on the east side won't let us move the fence over because he claims it has been there a long time. He can move his fence further east onto forest service land to the new pins the forest service set. I am losing several acres, and the man next to me is damaging the ground I own on the other side of the fence. What can I do?
