I am removing my husband's name from our joint checking account at our credit union. I reinstated our line of credit under my name. I have a 2-page report from the coroner's office of his death certificate. The first page details his death and personal information, while the second page is an autopsy report detailing the cause of death. The credit union wants both pages. Do I have to legally provide them with the second page to keep the account, which was a joint account with him as the primary holder? I believe this is private information and not necessary. Please advise.
