I am a U.S. citizen married to an Egyptian, married in Cairo with the marriage registered with the ministry's office and a license issued by the U.S. embassy in Cairo. We have been married for three years, but I cannot get him into the U.S. We have no children, and he has not supported me in over a year. He is now involved with another woman who is pregnant, and he is unsure of what to do. I live in California and refuse to return to Egypt. I have lost my job and home here and am living with friends. My husband knew of my situation and told me not to come to Egypt. He is not working and has not supported us during our marriage. I applied for a visa for him but lost my job in 2010 due to company displacement and outsourcing. I cannot get anyone to sponsor to bring him into the U.S., and I need help getting a divorce.

I was a member of a volunteer fire department in Pennsylvania until October 21 of this year. I discovered that the Association treasurer was writing checks for FEMA SAFER GRANT-related expenditures without prior discussion or approval. I brought this to the attention of the Association president and the Chief, leading to a meeting with the District Attorney, who has an ongoing investigation. Despite this, the treasurer was exonerated by the trial board, and I, along with the Chief and four other members, resigned. At the October 19th meeting, I asked for my resignation letter back but was told I would need to reapply and serve another six-month probationary period, which I refused. The Chief and another fireman were reinstated without conditions. Do I have any recourse?

How do I go about getting an order of protection against him, and where can I find a non-domestic order of protection form?
