Suntrust bank closed my account without warning due to a US Treasury check deposited with my husband's name on it, accusing me of fraudulent activity despite having power of attorney over him and the check being a joint tax return. They allowed the check to clear for 12 hours but then closed my account, leaving me without access to funds during a time when I am a hurricane victim and have lost my home. Do I have a case against Suntrust for this wrongful action?

I have a dispute with a lawn care company in Texas. They told me they may have to charge me more if I keep my bi-weekly service because it is taking longer than usual for them to cut the grass, and they're having to bag it. I told them to keep the bi-weekly service for the regular cost. The next time they mowed, they charged me an extra $40 because supposedly it took longer. Can they charge me this extra $40 even though I told them to keep the existing service at the regular cost?
