I've had a GAP insurance claim in holding for 4 months now. I'm getting no cooperation from the GAP insurer. Is this something I need a lawyer for, and what type of lawyer do I need to speed up the process? My credit is taking a hit because my lien holder is waiting for the last payment, and I had to purchase a new car after 3 months of waiting.

I have a serious discrimination lawsuit against USTA, filed pro bono on 7/17/2017 in NYC. I was discriminated against on 8/29/2016 at the US Open Tennis after being hired by AJ Squared Security. I received a termination letter from the Dallas Housing Authority and want to challenge that decision. I have documentation showing that the authority allows its employees to live on federal-funded property in violation of federal guidelines. After showing these documents to residents, the manager called the police on me and subsequently issued a termination letter.
