I was pulled over for speeding at 82 mph in a 70 mph zone in Virginia. I believe I was actually driving around 79 mph and the car in front of me was speeding more. Is there any chance the cop might have tagged the wrong car? Do I have any grounds for an argument in court, especially since my court date is in two days and I'm concerned about a reckless driving conviction?

I am going through litigation as the defendant. The plaintiff's attorney has made malicious and untrue statements about me, claiming litigator's privilege prevents me from suing him. Is he accurate, and are there exceptions or states that prohibit litigator's privilege? Additionally, I am being sued by a nonprofit with only one board member. Outside of Delaware, I understand nonprofits typically require three board members and a majority vote to file a lawsuit. Is this correct?

I have a condition in my bond that prohibits me from being on the property of or having any contact or communication with my ex-boyfriend. I have left the property and we have no contact. Would I break the conditions if I were to send him money through PayPal transfer?

I had my name changed in 1977 in Hawaii through the Lieutenant Governor's office, but California won't accept the papers because they weren't signed by a judge. Can I get a birth certificate now that I have used this name for over 30 years? Social Security accepted the name change in 1977.

My husband pays child support for 2 kids, with the paperwork filed in Illinois. His ex now lives in Arkansas, and we live in Colorado. His son has lived with us in Colorado since October 2016, but he continues to pay support for both children, including back support from periods he wasn't working. We have had issues with his son and contacted his ex about him moving back to Arkansas. We were then informed about an open investigation regarding my stepson and possible rape of his half-brother, who is 6. His ex wants to take him back to court to receive more support for just one child. What should we do?
