I am renting, my rent is due on the 1st, it is 655 a month, I paid 300, knowing that it would be late we let him know we would get him the rest on next check with late fees that is on our contract. I am only 2 weeks late and he is giving me an eviction notice tomorrow. he says i need to be moved out by sunday or the sherriff will help me on monday. After a judge made a ruling, how do I compel the judge to look at new evidence or information which was not available at the first application? The judge refused to acknowledge receipt of my motion for reconsideration, and the appeal filed only looks at information at the time of trial and does not consider new evidence. New evidence shows perjury, fraud, and deception by both the litigant and his attorney.
