I was shown a lot with oak trees and agreed to purchase it. The real estate agent confirmed verbally that it was the correct lot. After closing, I discovered that the lot serial number I purchased was the empty lot next door, and the lot with the oak trees was sold to someone else months ago. Am I entitled to compensation, and do you think they will pay up?

I live outside of the city of Harrison, AR. My neighbor's dog barks and howls all night long. I have asked the owner to address the issue, but he is not concerned. Since we live in the country, do we have any nuisance laws to protect us from this disturbance?

I had surgery for blockage of arteries in my leg. The balloon used had failed to deflate, leading to life-threatening bleeding, multiple transfusions, and additional surgical interventions. The operation lasted three times longer than planned. I received a letter stating the surgeon is no longer associated with the group. Can I file a malpractice case against the surgeon and the balloon manufacturer, and what steps should I take?
