If you provide housing, utilities, and monetary funds for your child and her mother, but do not live with the mother, whom you are not married to, and the mother has no income, claims she is disabled but does not draw disability, are you still responsible to pay monetary funds weekly? The mother draws food stamps, which is her only support, toward herself and the child. The child is 17 and still in school.
