In 1989, I was convicted of a felony and given a 4-year deferred sentence. I just found out that my record does not show an order of dismissal. Now I am told that I need to file a motion to get it dismissed. What form do I need to file?

I have 2 evictions listed on my public record even though I settled these eviction notices before going to court. One eviction has been dismissed but the other is not dismissed according to a consumer agency. The consumer agency ran a background check on me and I was denied rent because of these 2 judgments/records. How do I get these 2 judgments expunged from public record?
