In a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship involving loan documents and money invested in a property (septic, well, and other structures), if my name is on the original loan, should I have been contacted for her to refinance at a different financial institution? Additionally, do the original loan documents provide an agreement between us, and if so, can I still remove my belongings while I reside there?
