Just got out of court for eviction and have 30 days to get out. Can I appeal the judgment, and what are the implications if I can't afford it and didn't get to present my evidence?

In the state of Florida, trailers under 2000 lbs do not get titled. I sold a trailer and financed it for a customer, but he has stopped paying. I have the original Certificate of Origin, a completed and signed finance contract, and a signed repossession form. Is it perfectly legal for me to have this trailer picked up by a repo company even though there is no title?

I live in Colorado, but my husband works for a firm in California. We have a judgment against us and a NOTICE OF LEVY, which has frozen our account. I am filling out paperwork to amend the levy, as we are trying to pay off or settle the debt. The judgment is for $35k, and I have a "RETURN TO LEVYING OFFICER, DO NOT FILE WITH COURT" form with a Claim of Exemption. I was told they can't take all our wages, but I need help understanding how to fill out the form correctly and whether the money in our account, which is from wages, can be protected.

My husband is buried in a double depth plot in California, and his parents were supposed to be buried there as well, but this did not happen. My sister-in-law, who is now deceased, may not have known the plan. Her two surviving sons, who must give permission according to the cemetery, are needed for me to bury my daughter with her father. I can't find them, even with the help of a private investigator. What should I do?

Can my HOA tow my husband's car that is parked on the street in front of our home in Texas because his tags are expired, even though the car operates? The house is in my name, and he is not on the deed. The car is his, and I received a letter from the HOA stating the car is improperly stored.

I am looking to buy a mobile. I found one and offered 40,000 and the seller agreed. Now, the brother who lives in Thailand says 46,000 so they pay for probate. I gave her a 500.00 check for bidder before he stepped in. I thought everything was in a forward motion and now this. Do I have a deal or must I pay more?
