I paid $4,000 to join a travel club. Both myself and my wife signed. Within days, I was given a password to access their travel site. I determined in a few days that the club wasn't worth the price. I hand-delivered my decision to cancel the contract one week later and was told it was too late. Instead, they would upgrade my membership to lifetime with diamond status. I checked their website in early December and found my username blocked. I called to inquire why and was told my contract was cancelled in an acceptable time. I have called three times since to get my money back and have not gotten a single return call. Should I file a small claim?

My mother passed away in March 2015 and she has a trust. I believe my sister, who is managing the trust, has been mismanaging things. She won't let me go inside the house alone and now tells me I need to retrieve items before Sunday because estate sale people are taking over. The inside of the house is in a disaster state, completely ransacked. I don't know what to do. What are my rights and what actions can I take?

I have an appeal for a manufacturer coming on the 9th. The manufacturer sent me poorly made cushions and kept my prepayment. I didn't have an expert witness at the initial hearing, so I am appealing. How do I find an expert willing to evaluate the cushions and testify that they are of poor quality in court?
