April T. asked
My daughter (16 years old) was falsely accused of causing an accident. The other driver confronted her, damaged her car, and filed a false police report and insurance claim. I have proof that my daughter was not at fault. Can I sue the other driver for the aggravation and trauma caused by this false accusation, and how do I report this to the State Attorney's office?

I spoke to HR at my job site about mishandling patient care, including delayed critical test results for patients with kidney failure or disease, and was forced to resign. HR initially said they would investigate but later dismissed my concerns and forced me to resign. I want to know what to do at this moment, especially since they didn't allow me to return in person to retrieve my belongings and there is proof of their negligence.

I am the defendant in a trial de novo of a small claims action filed by an unlicensed contractor represented by its licensed incorporator. At the hearing, I was not given enough time to present my side, the judge refused to verify the plaintiff's license status, and the bailiff presented the case as if both parties were present. What are my legal recourses?
