I have Liberty Resourse drilling two locations near my residence in North Dakota, one 530 feet and the other 1030 feet away, one on the east and one on the west. I own 20 acres and have 60 additional contracted acres, but I do not own mineral rights. My home is on the 20 acres. What are my rights regarding the drilling operations, particularly concerning noise and traffic, and can I deny the drilling operation under 1000 feet from my home even though it's not on my property?

My husband and I are guarantors for our son's apartment in Lakeland, FL, but we were not informed that we needed to sign a guarantor form annually. We provided the security deposit from our business account. Now, the apartment complex claims they cannot refund the deposit to us directly and that it will only be returned to our son when he leaves the apartment. We also discovered that our son has an unauthorized person living with him, which breaches the lease. What are our rights regarding the security deposit, and can we take any legal action against the apartment complex or our son for the money?

I merged my company with a doctor and we had a verbal agreement where I would give him 50% of my profit for his help in advertising, bringing clients, and allowing me to operate out of his office. In return, I would do all the work and pay for my equipment and materials. They later asked for the name of my equipment to buy distribution rights for the entire SE side, which we all agreed to. However, they cut me out and took everything, including buying two new machines of the same type I introduced them to. I trusted them and now I need help. What can I do?
