I was served a citation by the state of Texas for unjust enrichment of money had and received and contribution and indemnification. The case involves BancorpSouth Bank in Mississippi suing Wells Fargo Bank over a fraudulent check by David Motto to my account. A wire was made by the bank before the check cleared, and later they took the money from my savings account without my knowledge. I am now being sued by BancorpSouth. Will I still be liable to pay part of the $100,000 that BancorpSouth is suing me for?

I am renting, my rent is due on the 1st, it is 655 a month, I paid 300, knowing that it would be late we let him know we would get him the rest on next check with late fees that is on our contract. I am only 2 weeks late and he is giving me an eviction notice tomorrow. he says i need to be moved out by sunday or the sherriff will help me on monday. I have been working as a full-time security contractor for over eleven years in San Jose, CA, with Allied Universal.
