The HOA has asked me to draft a letter confirming that I have not used and will not use my home for commercial purposes, short-term rentals, parties, weddings, movie shoots, or any other commercial purpose, and that all internet and other advertisements will not suggest that my house is available for these purposes. They want me to sign the letter with 'agreed to, represented and confirmed.' What should I do?

Who enforces this law, and in which court should a lawsuit be filed if the organization does not comply?

I have a federal EEOC lawsuit against FEMA in Louisiana. My prior attorney left his firm and may have missed case deadlines for me. Can I do a case inquiry myself to find out the stage of my case, and what is the average cost for hiring an attorney to do the inquiry? If my prior attorney missed deadlines and did not inform me, is there any way to continue my case with some sort of refiling or appeal?
