My home was foreclosed on, and the bank bought it back at the auction. I had a hardship and was hospitalized, causing me to fall behind on payments. I want to keep my house and can make payments if the last due amount is added to the end of the loan. Is it too late for the bank to work with me, and is there any way I can keep my home?

I am considering filing a class action suit against a company due to a contract breach that occurred in June 2022 in Texas, which has resulted in a loss of over $400K for multiple parties, including myself. I would like to know if all affected parties need to participate in the class action suit or if I can file a personal lawsuit. Additionally, since I no longer live in Texas but am in Florida, should I consult an attorney in Florida or Texas?

I had to take my dog for an emergency c-section due to breathing difficulties and a greenish-black discharge. The vet deemed it necessary, but Fetch pet insurance denied the claim, stating it was not an emergency because I had a scheduled c-section appointment for the upcoming Thursday. The cost difference is significantly higher. How is this legal, and what can I do to resolve this issue?
