My husband is currently detained in DeKalb County for a failure to appear. They gave him a court date of January 13, 2019. Is there anything else I can do? We have filed a motion for bail but nothing has come from that, and he is held without bail. A bench warrant was issued, and no collateral was given to cover the bail. What can be done to expedite his hearing or secure his release?

I have a tenant in Baltimore, MD who is not paying rent, causing maintenance issues, and refusing to leave despite multiple eviction attempts.
