My sister has an RV titled in her name, which she received in exchange for caring for her ex-mother-in-law. The ex-mother-in-law now claims my sister can't sell the RV because she has canceled checks showing she paid for it. How much does it cost to speak with a lawyer regarding landlord/tenant laws and eviction notice in Mayer, AZ 86333? The landlord has not fixed the roof since we moved in, causing three rooms to be unusable. We had a verbal agreement to stay until we can purchase a house, but there has been no maintenance from the landlord. We went all summer without A/C and are now behind on rent. The landlord wants to inspect the property before filing for eviction. What can I do?

My mother has been in a verbal rent-to-own agreement with her employer/landlord for six years, working full-time to pay off the house. Recently, he has been withholding her pay, claiming it goes towards the house payments, and now he is threatening to back out of the agreement. We have the original lease agreement, a voucher copy for a $10,000 rent payment with his signature, and witnesses to her work and the agreement. Can we use this evidence to enforce the verbal agreement and prevent him from taking back the house?

Why or how is a case referred to a magistrate, and what are the implications for a civil case that has been in the Court of Common Pleas for over two years, especially when the court asks for mediation and then assigns the case to a magistrate without explicit consent from the parties involved?
