A creditor notified the wrong person about a debt owed or not owed, resulting in a judgement against me without proper notice as required by law. The creditor may have contacted my son who has the same name but lives in a different state. The debt was turned over to a collection agency without notification, and I only found out about this two years later. I need to understand what steps I can take to resolve this issue, including obtaining copies of the notice and understanding the legal implications.

My insurance company is requesting phone records and text messages from the period I loaned the car until the report was changed to auto theft. Some of my text messages and phone conversations are embarrassing, and a few friends have past histories with drug usage. Can these records be turned over to the authorities by the insurance company if I haven't committed fraud, but had a lapse in judgment by initially trusting the person I loaned my car to?

Lyft did not ask me any questions and deactivated me directly after driving with them for 3.2 years with a 5-star rating and 17,150 rides as a full-time Lyft driver. What legal steps can I take to address this issue, and is it possible to get my job back?
