Someone posted a newspaper clipping from 1949 to my deceased father's account on Find a Grave in 2017, which is causing embarrassment and shame to our family. The article contains errors and personal information that needs correction. I contacted Find a Grave and the person controlling the website, but they have blocked further communication. How can I address this issue legally and have the article removed?

I signed a lease with a property management company, but they stopped managing the house due to a legal issue involving the owning LLC. I was not provided with a new address to send my rent. Am I still obligated to pay rent, and if so, where should I send it?

I need to file a claim against my cousin for stealing, cutting, and selling timber off of 52 acres, of which only 26 acres were his to sell. He has been doing this since 1995, and I haven't received any proceeds. He currently has a check for approximately $53,000, which he was supposed to pay taxes on and then distribute the remainder to the heirs, but this hasn't happened. What steps should I take to recover what is rightfully mine?

I have a judgment of about $40-50K in TN, own a home in GA with substantial equity, and have consumer, medical bills, and student loans totaling around $120k. I've placed my home in an irrevocable trust for protection. Can I avoid having my equity in my home attached through bankruptcy, and would the trust protect my equity?

I got Humana dental insurance a couple of years ago and had multiple crowns and bridges done by a specified dentist. However, my temporary crowns and bridges kept falling out, causing inconvenience due to the distance to the dentist's office. Recently, a front bridge fell off, and by the time I could return to the dentist, two teeth were hurting and the bridge had fallen out again. The original dentist who did the work has retired, and the new dentist informed me that my front teeth didn't have enough tooth left to hold the bridge. After almost two years of work and significant financial investment, I have no front teeth, another crown fell off, and I have a toothache. I've tried contacting Humana's home office but received no response. What are my options to have the bridge and crown fixed?

My wife and I adopted a dog from a local shelter a month ago, and we've since invested over $200 in her care. We received a call from the shelter stating that our dog is part of a stolen dog complaint. We're concerned about returning the dog to the alleged neglectful owners and want to know our legal options. What recourse do we have, and how can we protect our investment and the bond our family has formed with the dog?
