The executor of my mom's estate lent money to her husband using my mom's money as collateral. Now he filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy and his debt was discharged. Who is responsible for paying back the $950,000 he borrowed, and do my siblings and I have to wait for the apartment to sell to distribute cash because the money invested and the apartment are all part of a trust?
