I feel I am being discriminated against based on my religious belief as a Christian. I have done work for a Muslim who is refusing to pay me, and I suspect it's due to my religion as my business card has a Christian symbol on it. The work was done satisfactorily, and an invoice was submitted, but payment is still being refused. This was supposed to be paid in full when the job was done. Can you help me understand if this is a case of discrimination and what legal actions I can take?

I need a criminal lawyer in Utah or who practices in Utah for a criminal case involving my son who is in the Utah state prison system. He has been convicted of felony exploitation of a minor in Vernal, Utah, and has Asperger's syndrome. I believe his rights were violated, and he was not adequately represented. I need help to appeal and determine if we should even appeal. I live in Colorado and am having difficulty finding a lawyer who will work in Vernal, Utah.

My 97-year-old mother had a stroke on March 5, 2018, and is currently in an acute hospital in Alabama. She has Medicare and supplemental insurance. The case manager informed me that after 14 days, the doctors will decide if she goes to a skilled nursing facility, and for her to be accepted, I, as her next of kin, must provide a full asset report. I refused to do so because I don't want them to take all her hard-earned money. I need advice on what to do.

My nephew has been going to school and another student has been touching him. How can I sue the school board? I am in Florida, and I have spoken to a Marion County deputy and the dean of the school, requesting the child be removed from the class and the child's home be looked at by DCF. However, nothing has been done, and it has occurred for a second time. It is my sister's child.
