I had a civil judgment placed against me in October 2003 in Pennsylvania. The judgment was revived in December 2008 and again in January 2014. I want to know if the statute of limitations has expired for the defendant filing the Writ of Revival, if 'Shadle' is the authoritative case on this matter, and how to respond to this Writ of Revival. Additionally, I want to understand the implications of the judgment lien on my property and the possibility of settling the judgment without affecting my credit.

I am currently the defendant in a breach of contract case in the Alexandria VA circuit court. The plaintiff is alleging anticipatory breach, claiming I breached the contract by stating my intention to litigate his fees. I have never missed a payment and did not intend to stop paying until reviewed by an authoritative body. The amount in dispute is $98,000. I recently learned the plaintiff is a resident of the District of Columbia, while I am a resident of Virginia. Can I move this case to Federal court under the principal of diversity jurisdiction, how would I do that, and is there any benefit in moving this case to a federal court?
