I was married on August 19, 2006, in Michigan. After about a month, the marriage started to deteriorate. My spouse has not contributed financially to household bills as promised, and I have not seen him working on his claimed business. I am working 60-75 hours a week to support the household. How long do I have to annul the marriage, and what grounds do I need to get one? I feel he misrepresented himself and his occupation, and I believe I am being taken advantage of. We now live in New York.

We have been divorced for 4 years. My wife gets half of my Teamsters pension, which is $350 per month as spousal support. I received a letter from her attorney stating that if she dies, the support would continue to be paid to my daughter, who is in her 40s and a millionaire. I thought support would end upon her death or remarriage. Can this be so, and if it can, could I demand that half of the support go to my daughter and half to my son?
