What state are you in? It matters because laws vary by location. I'm located in Arkansas, but the company I'm having problems with is located in Michigan. I've been recording phone conversations between the company and myself, as well as saving text messages. Keen Cargo is attempting to negotiate my paycheck, which was supposed to have been paid this past Monday. What steps should I take?

We have already started removing the video and plan to replace the image with a royalty-free one. Do we need to respond to the company, and if so, what should be the language/message?

The Hotel Manager has been harassing us to leave and yesterday I paid the 3 days that I owed. Today they said check out and won't take the payment because they said I didn't make a reservation. Do tenants generally have to reserve the room daily because before all this they didn't. It looks like they are changing the policy day to day and nothing in Writing.
