5 years ago, I started experiencing a clear discharge from my right nostril that nothing would stop except Claritin D. I also had right-sided trigeminal neuralgia for 5 years, which was relieved after discovering and treating a terribly infected tooth. However, the discharge is still present and gets worse at night around 9pm. I'm concerned about a possible cavitation. I've taken penicillin and tried various homeopathic remedies, including Sabad, which worked for one day. I have an appointment with an ENT in a month. What do you think?
