A friend has severe hemorrhoid pain, characterized by sharp pain every 3 hours, especially at night, accompanied by stomach pain lasting 1 hour. She experiences bleeding, both with and without bowel movements, and the pain is so intense that she cannot sit for more than an hour. Additionally, she is seeking advice on better creams and daily management strategies to alleviate her symptoms.
