I am experiencing morning stomach upset and lower back pain, especially when walking. I have nausea in the mornings and after eating, but it improves in the evenings. I also have diarrhea in the mornings. My abdomen does not feel tender, but it makes me feel nauseous when pressed on. Could this be related to IBS or diverticulitis, and what can I do to alleviate these symptoms before I fly on Wednesday?

I am a diabetic living in Las Vegas, Nevada, and my home is in Nashville, Tennessee. I have no primary care doctor yet, and my company insurance has just started. I need to get my prescription for Glyburide and Metformin refilled. As a truck driver, I am supposed to head back to Tennessee once I get a load. Can a doctor help me until I get back home?

I have severe pain in my lower back that started yesterday and is constant. The pain is sharp and doesn't radiate down to my legs. I have tried taking 400 mg of ibuprofen every 4-5 hours, but it doesn't seem to help. What could be causing this pain, and what treatments can I try?
