My license was pulled due to seizures, and I cannot work. I am also recovering from thyroid surgery and dealing with anxiety and depression from menopause. I've been experiencing tightening sensations in my throat around the voice box, a feeling of tightness and anxiety, dry mouth, and blocked ears, which seem to improve at night but worsen during the day. I also have very dark circles under my eyes, which I thought might be due to iron deficiency. I'm a healthy 26-year-old woman with no history of throat cancer or similar issues. Could this be a virus, or something more serious like thyroid problems?
